Aaron Fleishaker
Aaron Fleishaker is responsible for the leasing of the retail portfolio and asset management at Mattone Investors. He also plays a key role in real estate analysis for acquisitions and tenant coordination matters.
Mr. Fleishaker has over 25 years of experience in real estate, real estate law, and all aspects of company management, including human resources, sales, marketing and customer service. He worked for Modell’s Sporting Goods for 10 years, where he functioned as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Director of Real Estate and Construction. Additionally, Mr. Fleishaker served as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Fairway Market for over 8 years. For over 4 years, Mr. Fleishaker operated as President of Flyman Realty, LLC. He is a leading expert in site selection and analysis, lease negotiation, store design, and construction.
Mr. Fleishaker received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from Boston University School of Management (1982) and a J.D. from Boston University School of law (1985).
