Yuriy Goldstein oversees all aspects of daily property management for the company’s extensive commercial property portfolio. He supervises various construction, environmental, and repairs projects. Yuriy contracts and creates proposals for management. In addition, he manages daily interaction with different commercial tenants including Home Depot, Michael’s, Fairway, and Stop & Shop Supermarkets, and many others. Mr. Goldstein handles commercial lease administration and deals with various government agencies and utility companies.

Mr. Goldstein joined Mattone Investors in 2010. Prior to that he worked as a construction project manager at PCF State Restoration, Inc., a building reconstruction and exterior restoration firm. Prior to that he had worked at Lex Facilities Management Inc., and also held positions as a Facilities Manager at Rosen Associates Management Corporation in Jericho, New York and a Building Facilities Manager at Luxottica Group in Port Washington, New York.

Mr. Goldstein received his B.S. in Engineering from Riga (Latvia) Technical University (1984). He has also attended numerous training courses such as the Janitorial Services Course held by the American Management Association in 1997, and the Fire Protection Course held by the Chubb Institute in 1996.
