Christopher Todd is responsible for the oversight of legal matters for the Mattone Investors Portfolio, including those related to investments, sales and acquisitions, leasing, management, financing, development, construction, joint ventures, risk management, and litigation.

 

Mr. Todd brings over 30 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions in both business and legal capacities. Mr. Todd began his career with Mattone in 1980 and served in various roles until 1989 when he became General Counsel for the company. In 2019, Mr. Todd was appointed to the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency to represent the Village of Hempstead, New York.

 

Mr. Todd received his B.S. from St. John’s University (1980) and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law (1988).
