Luisa Adames oversees the financial operations of Mattone Investors, including all accounting functions, tenant billings, cash management, and banking functions, regulatory filings, and the preparation required reports to lenders, business partners and the City of New York. Ms. Adames acts as the company’s liaison to banks, mortgage holders and internal and external auditors. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she also serves as the company’s technology liaison.

Prior to joining Mattone Investors in 2009, Ms. Adames worked at JP Morgan Chase for over fifteen years, where she held various management and leadership positions in finance and operations, including head of National Reconciliation Services New York site with a team of 100+ employees.

Ms. Adames received her B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Finance from New York Institute of Technology – Old Westbury (1988).
